The Cost of Catering service depends on the following 3 factors–

• The Order Size/Pax Size (Number of People to be served)
• The Type of Food Served (Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian)
• The Variety of Menu (Cusine, Main Course, Starters, Desserts, Cakes Etc.)

Depending on the above factors, the cost of catering would vary from INR 100 to INR 1000 per person (please note: this is tentative costing, the final cost would depend on the final menu finalized and the number of pax to be served).

The basic number of pax we would be able to cater to is 50.

As mentioned , the type of food  and the variety of menu would also  be a little restricted for serving lower number of pax (for example: Tandoori Roti may not be fesiable for 50 pax as setting up a Tandoor exclusively for 50 pax would not be cost effective).

We would request for 50 percent of the amount to be paid in advance and the rest 50 percent to be paid on completion of the event.

The catering service order can be cancelled 15 days prior to the event date. If there is a last moment (3 days prior to the event) cancellation, we would charge the customer 10% of the final amount for the service.

Please do understand that there is a lot of background preparation which is done for providing the best of the service to our clients which starts a week before the event date – the 10% is basically covering the cost of any purchases done for the event.
